We take equality and diversity seriously at our school. We make sure to consider and respect all the protected characteristics under the Equality Act 2010 in everything we do.

When needed, we talk about equality and diversity at staff meetings and local tier meetings. All new staff receive training on equality and diversity as part of their induction.
